The House of Julia Felix<\/strong> is a large Roman villa in the city of Pompeii<\/a>. It was the residence of Julia Felix, who converted several sections into rental apartments after the AD 62 earthquake. C. precursor to the catastrophic eruption of Mount Vesuvius<\/a> in 79 d. C. that destroyed the city. Archaeological excavations began in 1755 and are still ongoing. As the residence of several family units, it is an invaluable testimony.<\/span><\/p>\n
