It is on the western bank of the Nile River. There are several pyramids and new places to visit. These artifacts date from the time of Lower Egypt, from 750 to 332 B.C.<\/p>\r\n<p>For several years, Egyptian authorities regularly announce archaeological discoveries. This is due to a relaunch of tourism, affected by political instability. And also for the attacks recorded after the Egyptian revolution of 2011.
